Adds support of PHP 8.1+

This major release adds support of PHP 8.1+ et drop the support of PHP version prior PHP 7.4.

Fixes

• Default media (audio and video) attributes have been removed
• Dot files (e.g.: .htaccess) in static directory are now copied
• The XSLT template (used by RSS and Atom feeds) have been cleaned
• An error is now printed if the baseurl config variable is not defined
